Fruit Sandwich

A heavy breakfast does not mean a lot of preparation. Here is a simple solution that can save your time and fuel up your body with sufficient nutrition to kick start the day. This perfectly balanced sandwich recipe, loaded with multi-layered fruits with the richness of honey and date syrup will make your morning utterly divine. Check this out!


Ingredients:

Bread Slices, Musk Melon, Banana, Apple, Date Syrup, Honey, Mayonnaise, Cheese Slices,

Butter or Ghee.

Preparation time: 15 to 30 minutes

Step 1: Slice the fruits and keep it aside.

Step 2: Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread.

Step 3: Place the fruits on the bread slice on by one in layers.


Step 4: Pour honey and date syrup (one teaspoon of each) over the fruits.

Step 5: Place one cheese slice over it and cover it with another bread slice on top.

Step 6: Heat a pan/ tawa and brush it with a little butter or ghee. Once hot, lower the flame and put the sandwich. Spread some butter/ ghee on top of the bread and carefully flip the sandwich upside down. Press it gently and grill it until both outer sides of the bread turn golden brown and crispy. Take it out once done.

Cut the sandwich diagonally and drizzle some more honey and date syrup over it before serving. Enjoy this cheesy, crispy, and delicious sandwich that will delight you with each bite.
